The staff were efficient. The parking space available was ample. My room was very clean and well kept. The location was close to Wimbledon village!

the hotel has a lovely open fire it really added something. the location between the gardens and common was perfect for me the gardens were fine. the staff gave a warm welcome at reception.
the min i went to the lavatory i noticed how tired this place is the taps need attention.

My beautiful double park view room was spacious, and i enjoyed a lovely view of wimbledon common. The bathtub was a real treat. i had dinner one night, and it was excellent. also, the staff were helpful and friendly.
i did notice some plastic tapes on the wall in my room. it seemed like a frame was once there, and it detracted a bit from the room's overall ambiance.
